Equity mission statement
The Australian Cell Cycle Meeting aims to promote the highest standard of research in the areas of cell cycle, DNA damage response and telomeres. To this end, the Australian Cell Cycle Meeting endeavours to foster a culture of inclusion and equity in all of its activities, including conference organisation, conference participation, and awards and prizes. The Australian Cell Cycle Meeting is committed to supporting diversity in all of its activities, whilst maintaining a meritorious foundation for all of its dealings.

Gender equity
The Australian Cell Cycle Meeting is committed to strive for gender balance by:

• Ensuring balanced female and male representation in the invited speakers, selected talks and session chairs
• Ensuring that the conference organising committee and conference awards committee are gender balanced.
• Identifying initiatives that facilitate conference attendance by women and men with dependents.
• Supporting a family friendly and welcoming environment
